BLACK COMMUNITY INVESTIGATION

It is clear to us that Mr. Wallace was the victim of targeted and racial profiling by Daytona Beach police officer Jason Raynor. In addition to this, Daytona Beach chief of police Jakari Young and Volusia County sheriff Michael Chitwood in conjunction with the news/media have waged a slander campaign against Mr. Wallace in efforts to hide the fact that there is zero justification for Jason Raynor to confront Mr. Wallace on the night of June 25th, 2021.
